Item 9 AA Short Term Let Non Statutory Control Area Ward 20 Paper

This document contains an update on the Highland Council's work to establish a short-term let control area in Ward 20: Badenoch and Strathspey. The council also agreed to adopt the draft non-statutory planning policy that will be used to determine planning applications for short-term lets within the control area.
