The Housing Supplementary Guidance offers information on affordable housing definitions, on-site delivery requirements, financial contributions, and housing in various settings, including provisions for alterations, conversions, and housing for specific groups. Following approval from the Planning Committee, the final Housing Supplementary Guidance will be submitted to Scottish Ministers for approval and adoption, after which it will support the implementation of the LDP and be considered for future planning applications.
