This document contains a Minute of Agreement concerning planning application 2023/0081/DET for a legal agreement under Section 75 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. It's between the Cairngorms National Park Authority, David and Janet Huisman (the proprietors of Laggan Country Hotel), and Abbey National PLC (the security holder). The agreement addresses the construction of a dwelling on the site, restrictions on occupancy, obligations related to disposal, and securities, as well as discharge conditions, and provides for arbitration in case of disputes. The Huisman's are obliged to reimburse the National Park Authority for legal expenses related to the agreement.
