All abilities path to Dell & Ruthven Barracks (link with Badenoch Way) 14. Improve communication between community groups 15. Clubs for youngsters (particularly boys) 16. Better engagement with public agencies/large organisations 17. More childcare facilities 18. Introduce 20’s plenty in the town 19. Make improvements at Glebe Pond 20.
