Supporting Scotland's transition - land use and agriculture

This document contains a letter from the Cairngorms National Park Authority to the Land Use Strategy Team, welcoming the direction of the Fourth Land Use Strategy towards integrated land use. The Park Authority suggests the strategy could be improved by including clearer evidence, guidance, and alignment of policy, incentives, and regulations to support implementation, as well as data and mapping that show climate predictions. The Park Authority recommends that the Fourth Land Use Strategy could be improved by supporting land use decision making, assessing the impact of different land use scenarios, and by recognizing the role National Parks have in integrated land use.
