Notice is giv­en that the Cairngorms Nation­al Park Author­ity (CNPA) intends to adopt the Pro­posed Cairngorms Nation­al Park Loc­al Devel­op­ment Plan 2020. The Pro­posed Plan has been mod­i­fied fol­low­ing the Exam­in­a­tion of the Plan by the Scot­tish Government’s Dir­ect­or­ate for Plan­ning and Envir­on­ment­al Appeals (DPEA) during

1. In line with the Coronavir­us (Scot­land) Act 2020, paper cop­ies of the Plan as mod­i­fied are not being made pub­licly avail­able. The Pro­posed Plan and a list of the modi­fic­a­tions can be inspec­ted online at www​.cairngorms​.co​.uk
