This document contains the draft minutes from the Staff Consultative Forum meeting held on 8 June 2026, where the Cairngorms National Park Authority discussed key strategic updates. Additionally, updates were provided on health and safety, Board leadership elections, and initiatives to promote equality, including hosting groups from Black Professionals Scotland and Michigan University and recruiting new members for the Equalities Advice Panel.
