Performance Paper 1 Annex 1 - RAG status

This document contains a quarterly Red Amber Green (RAG) status report for the Cairngorms 2030 projects, issued by the Cairngorms National Park Authority. The report tracks the progress of various initiatives from January-March 2024 through to January-March 2026, using a RAG system where Green indicates good progress, Amber suggests caution, and Red signifies critical issues. While most projects consistently maintained a Green status, showing positive development, some experienced periods of Amber, such as 'Peatland restoration' and 'Climate resilient catchments'. Notably, 'Active communities' was marked as Red for the April-June 2025 quarter before reverting to Amber, and towards the end of the reporting period, 'Sustainable transport' and 'Changing travel behaviours' also showed an Amber status, highlighting areas needing further attention.
