Performance Paper 1 Annex 1 - RAG status

This document contains a review of the Cairngorms 2030 projects, outlining their progress using a Red, Amber, Green (RAG) status system for the period up to June 2026. Overall, most projects are showing a 'Green' status, indicating they are progressing well and on schedule. However, a few projects are currently facing challenges, marked as 'Amber'. Notably, the 'Active communities' project, which was in a 'Red' status in late 2025, has since improved but remains 'Amber' in the latest quarter. Additionally, 'Sustainable transport' and 'Changing travel behaviours' projects are also currently reported as 'Amber', suggesting they need attention to get back fully on track.
