Performance Paper 2 Annex 1 - C2030 RAG Status Q4 2025

This document contains a performance update for the Cairngorms 2030 projects, using a colour-coded system to show their status from January-March 2024 through to October-December 2025. Most of the projects, like nature recovery and public health initiatives, consistently show a Green status, meaning they are on track. A few projects, such as woodland expansion and peatland restoration, initially had an Amber status (requiring attention) but quickly moved to Green. The "Active communities" project, however, faced more challenges, showing Amber for several quarters and then turning Red in the July to September 2025 period, indicating significant issues needing urgent action, before returning to Amber by the end of the reporting period. All other projects either remained Green or successfully returned to Green status.
