Performance Paper 3 - Cairngorms Trust and CLLD update

This document contains an update for the Performance Committee on the work of the Cairngorms Trust and the Cairngorms National Park Authority's joint efforts in Community Led Local Development, which helps deliver local initiatives. The report highlights that past programmes, like LEADER, concluded successfully, and consistent annual funding has been secured for Community Led Local Development activities, with the Trust and Park Authority playing a leading role in a national network to promote this work. While strategic risks around funding are now managed, there's still a challenge in increasing voluntary giving returns, and the lack of confirmed multi-year funding remains a limitation for communities planning long-term projects within the Cairngorms National Park.
