Performance Paper 6 Annex 1 - Cairngorms Trust-CNPA MoA Final Drafting

This document contains a Memorandum of Agreement between the Cairngorms Local Action Group Trust and the Cairngorms National Park Authority, setting out their shared roles and responsibilities for a publicly funded Community Led Local Development (CLLD) programme within the Cairngorms National Park. Both organisations work together to support sustainable community development, achieve local priorities, and enhance the National Park's cultural heritage and nature, contributing to the National Park Partnership Plan and promoting its brand. The Trust is responsible for overseeing the Local Development Strategy, managing publicly funded investments, defining project selection criteria, and ensuring good governance, while the Park Authority acts as the accountable body for Scottish Government CLLD funding, providing essential financial, administrative, and staff support for the programme.
