Dear Sirs,

I write in response to your cor­res­pond­ence dated 30^th Septem­ber advising of the above applic­a­tion being called-in by CNPA.

The next meet­ing of Brae­mar Com­munity Coun­cil (BCC) falls out­with the 14 day peri­od pre­ferred for responses; how­ever, mem­bers are aware of the applic­a­tion and were informed of it pri­or to submission.

Fol­low­ing con­sulta­tion of mem­bers of BCC, I can con­firm we are sup­port­ive of the prin­ciple of the pro­posed devel­op­ment as it is con­sidered it will add to the accom­mod­a­tion offer avail­able with­in the vil­lage which is highly reli­ant on tourism.
