I do think that the small grants min­im­um shouldn’t be more than	The medi­um and large grant sug­ges­tions are feel very big for me to make	£500	£2500	£10000 / £50000 / £100000 / £250000	I think it should be pretty much open. I’d instinct avoid nam­ing very spe­cif­ic groups, not sure why I’m say­ing that — prob­ably because it feels like it could be read as exclusive.	Not super keen on a pub­lic vote, feels too pop­ular­ity con­testy and like it’d exclude folk, espe­cially with the dif­fer­ence in sizes of community’s in the Cairngorms.	Should try to avoid grants going to people/​applicants with exper­i­ence of fund­ing will probably.	I do think that the 4 themes are vague enough that	The state­ment at the end under equity men­tions act­ive pro­mo­tion prac­tic­al sup­port to apply.	I am happy with it. I would like to see as wide as pos­sible impact of this fund both in range of people and range of people who will bene­fit. I think an ongo­ing attempt to achieve bal­ance is more likely to be suc­cess­fully done if applic­a­tions are assessed in rounds. For large grants fun­ded by 202x there may be only the oppor­tun­ity to run one rounds.	I am flex­ible on the lower threshold for small grants and think large grants over £100,000 are prob­ably well catered for elsewhere.	£5000	£10000	£100000	Those liv­ing or whose work base and most of their actu­al work is inside the park, the park fringes often risk being side­lined.
