Concerns were also raised about potential bias within decision-making panels, with calls for broader representation and clear guidance to make the fund accessible to diverse projects, including suggestions for dedicated pots for things like Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, or personal development. Additionally, members requested improved communication, pre-reading materials, and clearer examples during discussions to enhance the overall process.
