Tromie site visit - Risk assessment
PLANNING COMMITTEE SITE VISIT
Description and notes:
The Planning Committee will be visiting the site of a proposed development to realign the River Tromie on the RSPB reserve close to Kingussie. Committee members will be accompanied by members of the Planning Team and the applicant. The site visit will be open to the public and any other interested parties who contributed to the application process including consultees, and the details will be published on our website.
Travel to the site for committee members and members of the planning team will be a combination of fleet vehicles and the applicants’ two vehicles as 4 x 4 vehicles are required for the site visit due to the distance to be walked and the potential wet conditions which would make walking time consuming as well as not possible for those with limited mobility. The visit is expected to last around 2 hours and will be run by the convenor of the Planning Committee and the case officer.
