Click here to bookThe event is open to anyone with an active interest in the culture and heritage of the Cairngorms National Park. The programme will feature talks, project case studies and funding information, as well as a facilitated discussion about the draft National Park Partnership Plan and how to participate in the consultation.
Join cultural heritage practitioners from across the Cairngorms for a free in-person event dedicated to building connections, exchanging knowledge and exploring funding opportunities.
Tea, coffee and lunch will be provided.
Booking information: Advance booking is essential, and bookings close at midday on Thursday 8 October 2026. Places are limited and a waiting list will be in operation. If you book a place but are later unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so that it can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Buses go to Boat of Garten from Aviemore, Grantown-on-Spey and Inverness
The Speyside Way travels through Boat of Garten with Aviemore to the south and Grantown-on-Spey to the north
Travelling north from Perth on the A9, turn right off the A9 at the Grantown-on-Spey / Carrbridge junction (A95) north of Aviemore. Follow the signs for Boat of Garten. Travelling south from Inverness on the A9, turn left off the A9 at the Carrbridge / Grantown-on-Spey junction. Drive through Carrbridge and carry on to the T-junction at the A95. Turn left and take the next right to Boat of Garten. There are two electric vehicle charging points in the carpark
