191016 Paper1 Access Casework

This document contains an update on access casework carried out in accordance with the Land Reform (Scotland) Act (LRA) Section 13. The casework was carried out by David Clyne, Recreation & Access Manager. It also contains access casework data from the Cairngorms National Park Authority (Park Authority) from 2019. The data is broken down by issue type, including access rights, forestry, funding, land ownership, obstruction, other, path maintenance, planning, signage and tourism. The data also shows the number of cases closed, and the number of live cases.
