This document contains the minutes from the Cairngorms National Park Authority Planning Committee meeting held on 9 December 2022. The committee approved the minutes from the previous meeting on 9 November 2022. They also approved planning permission for the re-location of a sewer pumping station at Land Northwest of Dalfaber Farm in Aviemore. The committee agreed to the Planning Enforcement Charter for the Cairngorms National Park Authority. They also noted the internal planning service monitoring results. The committee was updated on the National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4) and noted the paper. Finally, they were informed that the next meeting would be on 27 January 2023 and that the Scottish Government were planning to delay the date on which existing properties can apply for their Short Term Let Licences.
