Good Morn­ing

The applic­a­tion to build 35 houses on the site at Lettoch Road, Nethy Bridge was dis­cussed at our meet­ing last night. There was gen­er­al agree­ment there was the need for more afford­able hous­ing with­in the vil­lage. There were two com­ments made. A sug­ges­tion that a group of smal­ler ter­raced houses could have been included, so that they would per­haps be more afford­able for loc­al fam­il­ies or indi­vidu­als. Also the desire for some wooden clad­ding on the houses.
