This document contains planning application materials (reference 2025/0238/DET) for a proposed development at Kylnadrochit Lodge, Tomintoul. The plans show the demolition of an existing larder and its replacement with a new, larger larder with a total area of 447 square metres. The submission includes site and location plans, detailed drawings of both the existing and proposed buildings' elevations and floor plans, a topographical survey, comprehensive drainage designs for surface water and foul water using a septic tank and soakaway systems, and tree planting schemes including 160 native trees around the site and a larger compensatory tree planting area of 1,188 trees elsewhere.
