Item 5 Adoption Of Non Statutory Guidance Committee Paper

This document contains a report for the Cairngorms National Park Authority Planning Committee, requesting the adoption of seven items of non-statutory guidance to support the Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan 2021. These items cover supporting economic growth, natural heritage, landscape, renewable energy, resources, open space, sport and recreation, and cultural heritage. Public consultations were held, and feedback was received from 16 individuals or organizations, resulting in 172 suggestions for amending the guidance documents, some of which were incorporated. Following adoption, the guidance will be published for use alongside the Local Development Plan 2021.
