This document contains objections to a planning application (2019/0222/PPP) for the erection of seven houses on land to the northeast of 4 Lettoch Road, Nethy Bridge, within the Cairngorms National Park. Objectors argue that the development is outside the village boundary, would destroy a wooded area full of wildlife, and is contrary to the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) Local Plan because the site isn't allocated for development. Concerns are also raised about the impact on the landscape, the loss of woodland, and the potential damage to the sensitive woodland setting of the village, plus the impact of climate change.
