This document contains community council comments on planning application 2022/0305/DET. The Nethy Bridge and Vicinity Community Council discussed the application for 21 houses at Station Yard, Nethy Bridge, on 26 October 2022. While they welcome the affordable housing, they are concerned that the houses are planned to be two stories high, rather than one and a half as previously discussed. Some potential neighbours have also expressed disappointment about being overlooked.
