This document contains a public representation regarding planning application 2021/0305/DET for the Struan House Hotel in Carrbridge. A local resident, Mr Anthony Burgess, raises concerns about potential mess from demolition impacting his property, as well as vermin issues. He notes he had to stop feeding birds due to rat and mice visits. Despite these concerns, he expresses a desire to see the Struan House Hotel rebuilt.
