This document contains community council comments regarding planning application 2023/0399/DET for the Cairngorms National Park Authority planning committee. The application proposes changing the use of land to a beer garden in retrospect at Land 45M SE Of Old Bridge Inn 23 Dalfaber Road Aviemore. The community council objects to the proposal because it believes the beer garden will hinder access to the River Spey access point and raise safety concerns about vehicular access with children and alcohol use and parking issues. The council understands the commercial value of the beer garden but hopes the applicant will address the need for safe access.
