This document contains a collection of objections to a planning application (2021/0115/PPP) for the erection of four houses on land south of The Snipe, Deshar Court, Boat of Garten. The objections, submitted by local residents and visitors, cite concerns that the development would go against the Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan, destroy forest and natural habitats, disrupt cycling and walking routes, harm wildlife (including badgers and red squirrels), and negatively impact the character and appearance of the village. Objectors also fear the development could set a negative precedent for further building in the area and compromise the effectiveness of the Local Development Plan.
