Com­ment Details Com­menter Type: Neigh­bour Stance: Cus­tom­er objects to the Plan­ning Applic­a­tion Com­ment Reas­ons: Comment:We would like to object to the plan­ning applic­a­tion on the fol­low­ing points:

1. Houses 15 and 16 are shown very close to our bound­ary and would severely impact on our pri­vacy. This includes out­side and inside liv­ing areas includ­ing our bed­room. The slightly high­er elev­a­tion of the pro­posed houses makes this worse.
2. The plan­ning applic­a­tion states there are no trees on the site. There are a few trees on the site behind our house which provide screen­ing, some of which are well over 25 years old.
3. We would lose our access to the Spey­side Way.
4. The intens­ity of the devel­op­ment seems too much: Sta­tion Road already has traffic prob­lems due to busi­ness and res­id­en­tial park­ing. Also, the vis­ib­il­ity when turn­ing on to the B970 is poor and can cause prob­lems. With the increased traffic from 21 more houses, this would become worse.

We would like to object to the plan­ning applic­a­tion for 21 houses at Nethy­bridge Sta­tion Yard. Our main con­cern is the four pro­posed houses over­look­ing our prop­erty, plots nos 17,18,19 & 20. We feel this would severely impact on our pri­vacy. Regards,
