Item 6AA NSG Consultation 1 Committee Report REVISED

This document contains a proposal for the Cairngorms National Park Authority (Park Authority) to approve the publication of non-statutory guidance for a six-week public consultation. This guidance supports the Local Development Plan (LDP) and covers natural heritage, landscape, cultural heritage, and renewable energy. The Park Authority submitted the proposed LDP to Scottish Ministers in September 2019, and after the reporters' examination and any required modifications, the Park Authority will adopt the LDP. The consultation aims to gather feedback to inform the final non-statutory guidance, which will then be reported back to the Planning Committee for adoption and later be considered alongside the LDP in summer 2020.
