Item 6 Appendix 1B Plans

This document contains plans for agenda item 6, appendix 1B of the Cairngorms National Park Authority planning committee meeting on 27 May 2022. It includes proposed plans, elevations, and drainage strategies for new farm cottages at Balavil Estate, specifically houses 1, 2 and 3, plus a detailed plan of the landscaping proposals including planting schedules and maintenance regimes. The drainage strategy includes a mound filter system for houses 2 and 3 and also a foul and surface water drainage plan. The plans were drawn by unit5architects and Ironside Farrar, with a scale of 1:100@A3 and 1:500 respectively, and last updated in October 2021 and April 2022.
