My con­cern is par­tic­u­larly on Plots 40, 41 and 42. Par­tic­u­larly the elev­a­tion of the 2 semi-detached houses 40 and 41. If this elev­a­tion is used as the draw­ing shows then plot 40 and 41 will be above the ground floor level of adja­cent plots 37 and 38. The gar­dens of plots 40 and 41 will be at the same level as the upstairs bed­rooms of its nearest neighbours.

Plots 40 and 41 should be at the same elev­a­tion as plots 37 and 38.

I would encour­age a site vis­it to under­stand what I am talk­ing about and you will see that this should not be acceptable.
