This document contains comments from a neighbour, Dr Zoe Cooke, regarding planning application 2019/0378/DET for the erection of a house and semi-detached pair of houses at 18 Dulicht Court, Grantown-on-Spey. While pleased that the boundary planting has been reinstated as per the original plans, Dr Cooke requests clarification on two points: discrepancies in the width of the boundary planting as shown in the 'Site Plan' and 'Site Sections' plans, and confirmation that the 'East Elevation' plan shows the side of the building facing their property.
