This document contains the Cairngorms National Park Authority's Development Plan Scheme for 2022/23. Every local authority has to produce a Development Plan Scheme (DPS) annually, and this document sets out the plan for preparing and reviewing the Local Development Plan (LDP). This includes updates on the current plan, information on how the next LDP is being created, changes to the Planning Act that may affect the LDP's development, and how the public can get involved. It also gives an overview of the legislative framework and the proposed timeline for creating the next LDP, outlining how the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) will involve the public in this process.
