This document contains the comments from the Community Council regarding planning application 2022/0057/DET for the erection of 20 commercial letting units and access roads on land near Aviemore. The Aviemore and Vicinity Community Council is neutral on the application itself, but they have concerns about the increased traffic onto the B9152 and hope this will be addressed in the planning process.
