Notice of Intention to Adopt

This document contains a notice that the Cairngorms National Park Authority intends to adopt the Proposed Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan 2020. The plan has been modified after examination by the Scottish Government's Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals in 2020. Due to the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020, paper copies of the modified plan are not available, but it can be viewed online at www.cairngorms.co.uk.
