Outcome of call-in

This document contains the Cairngorms National Park Authority's call-in decisions for the period of 27 April 2026, which were made by the Park Authority's Head Planner. Most of the planning applications reviewed, including proposals for a porch, a dwellinghouse, a short-term let, a shed, and the use of woodland for a caravan, were not called in as they were deemed not to significantly impact the National Park's collective aims. However, a proposal for a mountain toboggan track and associated structures at Cairngorm Mountain was called in because it is a significant visitor destination and raised important issues concerning the National Park's objectives. The document also provides information for the public on how to submit electronic and postal representations regarding call-in decisions.
