Outcome of call-in

This document contains the outcomes of planning application call-in decisions made by the Cairngorms National Park Authority's Head Planner for the period 13 April 2026. One application, for the erection of thirteen serviced apartments at Braemar Lodge in Braemar, was 'Called In' because its scale and location are considered significant to the National Park's objectives. Two other applications, for a porch at I Monarch Country Apartments in Newtonmore and an ancillary domestic building at Tomnakeist Farmhouse in Ballater, were 'No Call-In' decisions. These were deemed householder developments and not significant enough to impact the National Park's overall aims.
