Outcome of call-in

This document contains the Cairngorms National Park Authority's (Park Authority) outcome of call-in decisions made by the Head Planner between 8 December 2025 and covering references 2025/0316/DET to 2025/0324/PPP. There are eight planning application decisions listed, with details of the council reference, applicant, development location and proposal. All eight applications were decided as 'no call-in' because the small-scale developments are not considered to raise issues of significance to the collective aims of the National Park. The document also clarifies the deadline for representations to the Park Authority.
