Outcome of call-in

This document contains the Cairngorms National Park Authority’s decisions on planning applications reviewed up to 20 July 2026, with these call-in decisions made by the Park Authority Head Planner. Most of the six applications, which included requests to build houses, provide staff accommodation, or use a property for short-term letting, were not called in. This was because they were considered small-scale or did not significantly affect the overall goals of the Cairngorms National Park. However, one application for a track that had already been built was called in. This was due to its connection with a Woodland Creation Scheme and because it raised important issues for the Park. The document also explains how people can comment on planning applications and find more information online.
