SEA Screening determinations and statement of reasons for LDP

This document contains information regarding the Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan 2021 and its supplementary guidance, under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. Following consultation with Historic Environment Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), and NatureScot, the Cairngorms National Park Authority has determined that putting the supplementary guidance in place for the 2021 Local Development Plan (LDP) is unlikely to cause any major environmental impacts, so no environmental report will be made. The guidance gives advice and information to help consider the LDP policy for development ideas, but the guidance itself does not add extra requirements or actions that would affect the environment.
