Weekly list of active planning applications called-in by the Cairngorms National Park Authority

This document contains the weekly list of nine active planning applications that the Cairngorms National Park Authority has called in, dated 16 March 2026. These applications describe various proposals within the Cairngorms National Park, including the creation of new routes and paths, construction and upgrading of tracks, erection of agricultural sheds, demolition and replacement of existing structures, installation of a hydro-electric scheme, building of flats, and changes of land use for motorhome pitches and mountain biking trails. For each application, there is a deadline for public comments, which is normally 28 days from the date the Park Authority called in the application.
