Weekly list of active planning applications called-in by the Cairngorms National Park Authority

This document contains a weekly list, dated 9 February 2026, from the Cairngorms National Park Authority, detailing 11 active planning applications they're currently reviewing. These applications cover a range of projects within the National Park, including the creation of paths, construction of flood defenses and forestry tracks, erection of various buildings like agricultural sheds, flats, and a replacement estate larder, installation of a hydro-electric scheme, formation of wildlife ponds, and changes of use for land such as a putting green becoming motorhome pitches, and new housing developments. For all these applications, the public usually has 28 days from the date the application was called in by the Park Authority to submit their comments.
