Glenmore and Strath Nethy wildfire update, 31 July at 10.30pm
As the response to the wildfire continues, we wanted to share an update ahead of the weekend, including some important information about support for anyone affected by the wildfire.
Highland Council have planned some drop-in sessions next week to offer practical guidance for people on a range of issues including housing, welfare support, crisis grants, foodbanks, health and wellbeing and business support. These will take place on the following days:
* Tuesday 4 August, 10am to 12.30pm, MacDonald Aviemore Resort.
* Tuesday 4 August, 2pm to 5pm, Nethy Bridge Hotel.
* Wednesday 5 August, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, MacDonald Aviemore Resort.
Finally, we experienced a couple of issues with sound in tonight’s update. We are sorry about this, but we hope that you still find the information valuable.
Thank you for continued support.
