Today, 24 September is the last day to return your Local Plan questionnaire if you want to enter the prize draw. All questionnaires, received at our offices by the end of the day, will be included in the draw. But remember to write your name and address on the form.
Head of Planning and Development Control for CNPA, Don McKee said:”We would urge every household in the Park to respond”.
Around 12,000 leaflets and questionnaires have been delivered to households in the Park encouraging residents to “Have their say” on the future development of where the live, work and play.
Three cash prizes of one hundred pounds are up for grabs for all forms returned by today.

As a result of ongoing efforts to tackle wildfires to the north of the Cairngorms National Park, several roads are currently closed. Scottish Fire and Rescue are in attendance and the public are advised to avoid the area, including footpaths. Road users are asked not to ignore road closed signs.
The affected roads are:
- B9007 Ferness to Duthil
- U2379 Lochindorb Road
- B939 Ferness to Grantown-on-Spey
- U2347 Braes of Castle Grant
