C2030 landscape and communities - creatives call off contract-Annex I

This document contains additional information for creative practitioners applying for the Cairngorms 2030 Landscape and communities project contract for 2026-2028. It explains that while the Park Authority has tried to ensure the brief's accuracy, they aren't responsible for any errors, and bidders should mark any sensitive commercial details as 'CONFIDENTIAL'. Bidders are responsible for their own costs when preparing quotes, and prices must remain valid for 90 days. The Park Authority will award contracts to the best bids, considering price, and reserves the right to clarify or reject bids with unusually low or unrealistic pricing. Successful bidders will enter into a formal contract that includes the project details, terms, and their own submitted bid, with all services and charges fully outlined and all costs, like admin and travel, included. Bidders cannot share their bid information with others until the contract has been awarded.
