Join us Thursday 11 December between 2pm and 7pm at the Cairngorm Hotel, Aviemore, drop in for a chat and to share your views and to enjoy activities, coffee and biscuits. Venue accessibility information can be found at the bottom of the page.

- See the results of our visitor and residents survey
- Enjoy festive fun for all the family, including free screen printing from Timber and Stitch – why not bring along a tote bag or t-shirt to jazz up?
Our work is delivered in partnership with residents, helping us make effective, informed decisions and positive changes in Aviemore and beyond, and we look forward to seeing you there.
Cairngorms 2030 is putting the power to tackle the climate and nature crises in the hands of people who live, visit and work in the UK’s largest national park. Across 20 long-term projects, Cairngorms 2030 will bring about transformational change in the Cairngorms, benefitting people’s health and wellbeing, delivering on climate change and enhancing nature across the National Park.

The venue is wheelchair accessible via a ramp, with accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities on the ground floor. For ramp access, please phone the Cairngorm Hotel reception on 01479 810 233 or ask a member of staff on arrival. There are three stairs from the carpark to the entrance. Seating will be provided throughout the venue, and magnifying glasses will be provided to support anyone who would benefit from these to read displays. There is no hearing loop on site. Gluten-free and dairy-free shortbread and plant milks will be provided as part of our refreshments.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has issued a wildfire warning impacting areas of the National Park on Friday 29 May until Monday 1 June. If you are out and about in the Cairngorms National Park please observe the following guidance:
- Do not light any fire or barbecue, in line with the new fire byelaw
- Always ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and take your litter (including glass) away with you
- Enjoy the outdoors responsibly - most wildfires are caused by human activity
- Stay alert - with dry vegetation and warm weather, fires can start easily, spread rapidly, and burn intensely
- If you see a wildfire, dial 999
