You can view planning applications that have been called-in by the CNPA from this page. Planning applications made in the National Park that are not called-in by the CNPA are shown on the CNPA website with a description, location and ‘status’ of ‘Local Authority Decision’. The details of those applications by can be viewed on the relevant local authority website.

How to view planning applications called-in by CNPA
You can search by the application reference number, application type, the property address or map. If a planning application is being determined you will be able to see a lot of information about it and comments on it from the public or public bodies. Once an application has been determined and a decision notice has been issued by the CNPA, then only the application, the decision notice, associated decision plans and the Planning Committee Report will be available to view through the website. Applications that were determined before 2009 are not yet available to view on the website. How to comment on planning applications called-in by CNPA
If the application you are interested in is open for public comments, you can submit them through the website while you view the application or by via email to [email protected] or in writing to the CNPA. You have 28 days from the date of call in by CNPA to make a written representation on a planning application or request to speak in support or objection at the Planning Committee where the application will be determined.
