This document contains comments regarding planning application 2019/0378/DET for the erection of a house and semi-detached houses at 18 Dulicht Court, Grantown-on-Spey. A neighbour, Mr Paul Hastings of 5 Revoan Drive Grantown on Spey, objects to the planning application because of concerns about the elevation of plots 40 and 41 in relation to plots 37 and 38. Mr Hastings believes that if the elevation is as shown in the drawing, plots 40 and 41 will be above the ground floor level of plots 37 and 38, and the gardens of plots 40 and 41 will be at the same level as the upstairs bedrooms of nearby neighbours. Mr Hastings suggests a site visit to understand the issue.
