The Cairngorms National Park Board meet regularly throughout the year, both as a full board and in separate committees with areas of focus.

The formal board meeting will be held in the Learning Hive at the Highland Wildlife Park, Kincraig. The Learning Hive carpark is located to the left of the admission huts, meaning attendees should not need to enter via the admissions kiosks. From the carpark, walk straight up the hill to the Hive. The main entrance is around the other side of the building. There is a small lobby upon entering, with the event area directly through the next door.
