CNPA Ballater office becomes art gallery!

It’s not quite the National Gallery but the offices of the Cairngorms National Park Authority in Ballater will resemble a place of art and tranquillity next week when it is taken over by the works of two visiting Indian artists.

Tandra Chanda and Pulak Ghosh will be displaying around 50 original paintings in the foyer of the CNPA’s office in the Albert Memorial Building, Station Square from Monday 27 September – Friday 1 October.

The exhibition is open to the public at the following times:

Monday 27 September 12pm to 5pm
Tuesday 28 September 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 29 September 9am to 5pm
Thursday 30 September 9am to 5pm
Friday 1 October 9am to 2pm

There will also be a ‘Meet the Artists’ reception on Tuesday 28 September at the CNPA office in Station Square from 6pm – 8pm.

The exhibition at the CNPA’s Ballater office is being jointly funded by Aberdeenshire Council and the Scottish Arts Council.
