Bag a Virtual Munro Challenge
Have you ever dreamed of walking to the top of a mountain in the Cairngorms National Park?
Now you can with our Bag a Virtual Munro Challenge!
Being active every day while we are on lock down, staying home and staying local, is essential for our physical and mental health, yet sometimes we need that extra motivation to keep us focused to exercise in our homes or outdoors.
Which is why we have launched the Virtual Bag a Munro Challenge.
Did you know:
If you walked 30 minutes every day for 6 days you would have walked up to the summit of Ben Macdui!
Or if you walked 30 minutes every day for 4 you would have bagged Lochnagar!
Or if you walked 1 hour every day for 2 days you would have bagged Beinn a’Ghlo!
Why not join us and commit to bagging a virtual Munro while we are on lock down.
You don’t even need to be in the Cairngorms National Park to take part!
You can do it outdoors or at home (walk around your house, your garden or on a treadmill).
Do it for yourself or with members of your household.
And you choose the number of days you want to walk.
Please adhere to government advice around social distancing and all health precautions relating to COVID-19/Coronavirus.
