The Cairngorms Upland Advisory Group promotes better communication and understanding between all organisations with an interest in upland management in the Cairngorms National Park. It meets two or three times per year to advise the Cairngorms National Park Authority on upland management and, in particular, integration of the different land management sectors within the Park, share examples of good practice and strengthen the skills base in the sector and share latest research, relevant to upland management in the Cairngorms to inform future land use strategy.
Membership will be drawn from the following organisations and groups which have an interest in upland management issues in and around the Cairngorms National Park. When appropriate, other invited specialists will be asked to join specific meetings. The group members are (add list) and the Chair is Judith Webb, CNPA Board member.
