Development Brief for Local Development Plan Site H1, Carrbridge
The Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan identifies a number of sites for future housing development, including site H1 at Carrbridge.
We intend to produce a Development Brief for this site to clarify the key issues that any future development proposals should address. We are seeking views on the issues that the Development Brief should cover by asking people to fill out a simple questionnaire.
It is important to be clear that this is not an opportunity to reconsider whether the H1 site is appropriate for development in principle. However, it is an important opportunity to influence how the site could be taken forward in a way that benefits Carrbridge.
Consultation period: 11 March 2016 – 1 April 2016

What happens next?
All questionnaire responses will be considered by the Forward Planning Team and used to inform a Draft Development Brief for the H1 site. The Draft Development Brief will then be subject to further public consultation. We expect to publish the Draft Development Brief for consultation during late 2016 / early 2017.
