Louise is a Green Health Link Worker at the Cairngorms National Park Authority. Louise's role includes delivering Nature Prescriptions in Badenoch and Strathspey in partnership with NHS Highland, supporting people to find ways to use nature and the outdoors to help them feel better and happier.
